I’m alive I promise!! Friday night around supper I started having regular contractions and labored pretty intensely throughout the night. Then headed to the hospital at 10:30am Saturday morning and our son, Samuel Daughtry Metzler Junior came into the world in a hilarious unplanned natural way but so beautiful. I’ll write the full birth story as soon as I have more than 2 seconds without someone on my boob! We love him so much and have been affectionately calling him “Bud”.
