Our weekend

Hey yallz! This weekend the weather was back to typical PNW weather… chilly and rainy. Looks like summer is officially over. Sniff sniff.

Friday was date night and my hottie hubby got us sushi to eat as we snuggled on the couch and watched How I Met Your Mother reruns.

YUMMERS!

Then Saturday morning I woke up to feed Bud then I crawled back into bed and fell back asleep for a bit. I woke up to my AMAZING hubby holding a pumpkin spice latte from Starbucks with a sweet smile on his face. The man had sneaked out (yeah its sneaked) and got me my favorite drink. Then we did our “Waffle Saturday” where Bud and I play in the living room while Sam makes us waffles. Seriously… be still my heart. I have an amazing hubby.

Not only does he get me sushi and lattes, he also has super sexy biceps.

Saturday night I ACTUALLY GOT OUT! There was a Pacific Northwest Blogger Meet up that I was invited to in Seattle. SO FUN! I was really nervous about leaving Bud and Sam for those 5 hours but Bud had been taking a bottle from Sam throughout the week so Sam kicked me out of the door and he had a “boys night” with Bud. I had a great time with ladies like Mandy and I’ll post some pictures later in the week. I definitely had a little too much fun in the photo booth.  Sam said Bud cried a good amount but all I know is that the house was silent when I got home at 10pm and my husband survived. While my boobs were rock hard from being gone for 5 hours from my little dude and I was nervous that Sam would have had enough, it was really fun to get dressed up and have a night with some fine ladies.

And I even got a run in without a stroller on Sunday! I took Roy with me of course and the whole time I swear he was skipping and singing, “It’s back to you and me Mom!!!” Sorry four-legged homie, we’ll be rockin’ it with a stroller for quite some time.

Hope you had a great weekend!
