I’ve been so blessed to have both of my grandmothers present in my life growing up. They are both incredible influences in such different ways. I know I’ve told you about my Grandma Bennett but I want to tell you about my Grandmother Bowman.

She has 6 children…. women in my family love to mass-produce children. She loves like there are no limits in life. When you are in her presence, you can actually feel her heart overflowing with love for you. It’s pretty amazing that even with all of her children and grandchildren, she still makes every single one of us feel like we are her favorite.

I admire a lot about my grandmother but one major thing I admire is her childlike faith. She doesn’t complicate her faith with contextual theology or ten dollar words. She just reads her Bible everyday, loves well, and talks about Jesus every chance she gets. It’s a very sweet thing to witness. Faith like that can’t be shaken, and she’s proven that.

I took Bud for a visit and he loved her! Oh my gosh she had him giggling like crazy all day. Here are some pictures of them, how adorable are they?!?!
