Have I mentioned Bud isn’t the biggest fan of the car seat? Bud loves his car seat as much as I love Mariah Carey and cottage cheese…… which is a -10 on the likability scale. But he’s been a trooper as we’ve made a few road trips the past couple of weeks.

We went to go see Sam’s parents in eastern NC which is always fun because he gets a lot of love and attention there.

We also went to Asheville to see one of my best friends Ashleigh and her baby Porter. It was a hilarious day of Bud not napping and trying to hold Porter’s hand and oh yeah, BEING TERRIFIED OF HER CAT! Who knew Bud was scared of cats? Maybe it was just hers but as soon as that feline fatale came into the room Bud screamed bloody murder and was clawing at my neck trying to get away. Pitiful and strange.

Love these little boys! I can't wait to see them play together as they grow up.

We have a few more little trips coming up so I’m really trying to get Bud to work on his adaptability in traveling. You can do it Bud! Any tips from mamas on getting your babe to sleep/nap in unfamiliar places besides taking their “loveys”?
